After his successful adaptation of Faust, Flix once again succeeds in creating an enchantingly funny mixture of classic and pop culture, slapstick and tragedy. The quirky old Don Quixote fights against the construction of a wind (mill) park and actually considers the investors' representatives to be robber barons. The reader slowly realizes that Don is slipping away from the reality that he has Alzheimer's. Only his grandson Robin accepts him as he is.
