Der kleine Hobbit

Bilbo Baggins, a respected hobbit, finds himself one morning in the company of Gandalf the wizard - and of thirteen dwarves who, one after the other, burst unannounced into his den. And with that his peaceful life is over. Gripped by a thirst for adventure that is unusual for hobbits. He accepts the assignment to retrieve the dwarf treasure that the dragon Smaug once stole. No easy undertaking, because Smaug doesn't like to see someone get too close to his gold treasure.
